Alongside his audio work, Matthew has always been part of an audiovisual team, usually working on installations for galleries and museums. His MA in Art & Media focused on digital film in the gallery setting. Many of his early gallery films were based on the medium in superpositional states. He exhibited the experimental films in London over 2007 and 2008. Matthew has directed and edited a number of music videos for artists he has produced albums for, usually focusing on montage editing to combine the pulse of the music with the visual.
Recently, he has been working on narrative based shorts utlising different ways of blurring fact and fiction.
